  They have false documentation in their charting of my childs visits as no shows that have not happened and my childrens fathers ex wife down on my childs account as well. They would send infromation to her as on my childs appointments when she was due which is an obvious violation of HIPAA. The front office staff needs some definite training, although Dr. Rick is very gentle and is a great dentist and has a great chairside manor.
